Chapter 1:
What is Grounding and How Does It Work?
Grounding is the process of connecting our bodies to the Earth’s natural electric field. The Earth has a constant negative electric charge, and when our bodies make contact with natural surfaces like soil, grass, or water, electrons from the ground flow into our bodies. These free electrons are valuable because they help neutralize excess positive charges that can build up in the body due to everyday exposure to static electricity and electromagnetic fields (EMFs) from devices.
This exchange of electrons can balance our body's electric state, helping to reduce stress and inflammation. However, in our modern environment, we rarely have continuous contact with the Earth, especially indoors. Our grounding sheets, connect to a grounded outlet, acting like a "conduit" for the Earth's electrons, allowing your body to absorb these beneficial electrons even while indoors
Tips : Start small -try spending 10 minutes a day barefoot on the grass or sand. Feel the difference!
